Complete exterior redesign of an existing single-family residence, including the addition of a new two-story ADU. The project focused on creating a cohesive architectural design that seamlessly integrates the new structure with the original home while enhancing curb appeal, functionality, and outdoor living spaces.

Scope: Exterior design, ADU addition, façade updates, material selection, landscape concept, hardscape design, exterior lighting, and photorealistic 3D renderings used throughout the design development process.
